Gloria Murry Ford, 68, longtime journalist and media specialist, died Thursday August 12 at Wesley Medical Center. A Wichita native, she lived in Washington DC with her husband of 40 years, Sam Ford. They have two children, Murry Ford of Atlanta and Gina Ford of Maryland.  Mrs Ford is also survived by her mother Norma Murry, brother Ray Murry and sister Rosalind Murry. She was preceded in death by her father Major Murry and sister Yvonne Murry. She will be remembered in services Saturday Aug 21 at St James Missionary Baptist Church in Wichita at 1 pm.
