Willie David Howard, 73, born September 3, 1952, in Amarillo, Texas, passed away peacefully on July 28, 2025, in Wichita, Kansas. Born to the late Clemmie Antonio Howard and Mary Alean Palmer.

Willie was a proud United States Air Force veteran who served his country with honor, strength, and unwavering commitment.

Survived by his wife Ragina Howard, children Chambarla (Cedric) Pegues, Antonio Howard, LaShawn (Brian) Linder, Hope Garrett, 11 grandchildren, and 4 great-grandchildren.

Willie is also survived by his siblings, Gene Wiley, Pearlie McGrown, and Bobby-Ray Wiley

A funeral service for Willie David Howard will be held on Thursday, July 10, 2025, at 10:00AM at Jackson Mortuary Chapel. The burial will follow at 1:00PM at the Winfield Veteran Cemetery. We invite all who knew Willie to join us in celebrating his life and honoring his memory.
