We are sad to announce the passing of Mr. William Irving, who passed Sunday, March 29, 2026. He was born November 15, 1951, to the proud parents of Hazel H. Irving and Alma Thomas-Irving which preceded him in death.

William was a City of Wichita Maintenance Department retiree.  He is survived by his loving wife Hattie, his children Karry D. Lipsey and Paris C. Lipsey-Coley. Siblings Chester and Clinnard Irving. 12 Grandchildren and 3 Great Grandchildren.

William is preceded in death by his parents Hazel and Alma Irving , brother Davis Irving and sister Helen McClain.

He will be missed by all that knew him fondly.
