Elder Wanda L. Caesar, peacefully passed away on October 15, 2024, in Wichita, Kansas, at the age of 62. Born on December 16, 1961, in Oklahoma City, OK, Elder Wanda was a beloved daughter of Windell L. Caesar and Gloretta L. Bell. She was preceded in death by her parents, leaving behind a legacy that will forever be cherished by her surviving family members: her children Shaina and Baron Hoy, a grandchild, her brother Wendell Caesar, and sister Yolanda Caesar.

Her kind and nurturing nature, along with her strong faith in God, were the personal traits that made Elder Wanda truly special. She had a heart of gold and a smile that could light up any room. Her presence brought comfort and joy to all who knew her.

A service to celebrate and honor the life of Elder Wanda L. Caesar will be held on Saturday, November 9, 2024, at 2:00 PM at the Mizpah Baptist Church. This will be a time for family, friends, and community members to come together to pay their respects and share fond memories of a remarkable woman who touched so many lives.
