Vincent Traylor, a cherished member of the Wichita community, passed away on May 19, 2026, in his hometown of Wichita, Kansas. Born on July 7, 1955.

He was born and raised in Wichita, where he proudly spent much of his life contributing to his community. Vincent worked as a dishwasher at the Doubletree by Hilton Airport, a role through which many came to know his steady presence and enduring work ethic.

Vincent is survived by his beloved children, Vincent and Lillie Traylor, whose lives he touched deeply. He also leaves behind his sister, Beverly Lewis, and Andres (Judy) Gentry, each of whom cherished their bond with him. Furthermore, Vincent's life was enriched by a devoted host of family and friends who supported and cared for him.

Vincent was preceded in death by his parents, whose memory he carried with him throughout his life.

He will be remembered with respect and fondness by all who knew him, and his legacy will continue through the love and memories shared with his family and friends in Wichita and beyond.
