Timothy Powell Jr., aged 89, of Wichita, Kansas, passed away on the 20th of July 2025. Born on May 11th, 1936, in Paris, Texas, he was the cherished son of the late Timothy Powell Sr. and Suzanne Brown.

He was a proud Army Military Veteran who served with distinction and valor. After his military service, he transitioned into a successful career in construction, where his hard work, dedication, and expertise were highly valued.

Timothy was a devoted family man. He is survived by his loving wife, Charlesetta Powell, his children, 28 grandchildren, and a multitude of great-grandchildren. His family was his pride and joy, and he took pleasure in their achievements and happiness. His legacy also extends to numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends who were all touched by his kindness and generosity.

Family and friends are invited to a visitation on Monday, July 28, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM at Jackson Mortuary. A graveside service to honor and remember Timothy will be held on Tuesday, July 29, 2025, at 1:00 PM at the Winfield Veteran Cemetery, Winfield, Kansas.
