April 13, 1948 – August 2, 2026Sherry Ann Perrier, 78, passed away peacefully on August 2, 2026, surrounded by the love of her children. She left this world the same way she lived her life—surrounded by the people she loved most. Born in Shattuck, Oklahoma, to Paul and Rosa King Tillemans, Sherry lived a life defined by resilience, compassion, unwavering loyalty, and a deep love for her family and friends. you asked Sherry what she was most proud of, she wouldn’t have talked about her career. She would have talked about her family. She is survived by her four children, Lori Beguin, Paul Brady, Tisha Cullen, and Thane Perrier; 11 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; her sisters, Cathy Carroll Miller, Rita Tillemans, and Vickie Tillemans; her brothers, Mike Tillemans, Greg Tillemans, and David Tillemans; along with many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends who will forever cherish her memory. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, Paul and Rosa King Tillemans; her sister, Ramona Davenport; and her brother, Dennis Tillemans. Sherry built successful careers as a cosmetologist, salon owner, interior designer, and home stylist, but to her it was always about the people.

 Whether someone sat in her salon chair or invited her into their home, she found genuine joy in helping them see the very best version of themselves and their surroundings. She had a remarkable eye for beauty, style, and individuality, but her greatest gift was making people feel valued, confident, and cared for. Her clients became lifelong friends because she cared as much about the person as she did the work she provided. To her family, Sherry will forever be remembered as the strongest woman we have ever known. She was a survivor—not because life was easy, but because no matter what she faced, she met it with courage, faith, and an unwavering commitment to the people she loved. She was fiercely protective of her family, deeply loyal to her friends, and never hesitated to stand beside someone who needed her. More than anything else, she loved her family completely, and we never had to wonder where we stood in her heart. While our hearts are broken, we find comfort in knowing she is now at peace, free from pain, and reunited with loved ones who have gone before her. 

Her legacy lives on through the values she instilled, the friendships she nurtured, and the family she loved so completely. If Sherry could leave one final message for those she loved, it would be this: Love your family well, take care of your health, and never take tomorrow for granted. The greatest gift we can give the people who love us is to do everything we can to be here with them for as long as God allows.
