It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Robinette Echols, who peacefully left this world at the age of 87 on October 17, 2024, in Wichita, Kansas. Robinette was born on November 1, 1936, in Greenville, Georgia, to her loving parents Robert Echols and Mattie Ross.

She is preceded in death by her beloved parents, Robert and Mattie. Robinette is survived by her children Sharon Echols and Edward Baker, as well as her 2 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her dear sister, Inez Fitchpatrick, who will continue to carry on her legacy.

A service to honor and celebrate the life of Robinette Echols will be held on Wednesday, October 30, 2024, at 11:00 AM at St. James MBC, with burial to follow at White Chapel Cemetery. All are welcome to attend and pay their respects to a remarkable woman who left an indelible mark on the world.
