It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Quincy Owens on Monday, September 16, 2024.  Quincy was born in Greenwood, Wisconsin August 16,1988 to his proud parents Bill D. Owens, III and Noreen Owens.

Quincy is survived by his parents, Bill and Noreen, brothers and sisters: William Owens, IV, Steven Owens, Jewel Owens, Julian Owens, Keesha Crocker and sister-in-law Jordan Owens.

six nephews and nine nieces
