Phyllis Louise Smith, aged 61, passed away on July 24, 2025, in Wichita, Kansas. Born on September 19, 1963, to her loving parents, Henry and Rosella Smith, Phyllis brought joy and love into the lives of those who knew her.

Phyllis was a dedicated and passionate Certificated Nurse Aide (CNA), having devoted her life to caring for those in need.

She had a heart full of love for her family, and her memory will live on through her children, Marlin Tisdale Jr. and Felicia Tisdale, and her two cherished grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Rosella Smith.

The Celebration of Life for Phyllis will be held on August 8, 2025, at 11:00 AM at the North Heights Christian Church, followed by her burial at the White Chapel Cemetery in Wichita, KS. As we gather to remember and honor the life of Phyllis, we reflect on the love, laughter, and warmth she brought into our lives. Her spirit will continue to live on in the hearts of those she touched.
