Phil Phil's Life

Phillip was born on October 15, 1986, and transitioned from this life on January 27, 2026. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Leonard Hayes, and his mother, Lynett Hayes-Mosely. Left to cherish Phil Phil's memory are his grandmother, Janie Hayes, brother, Julian Mosley, sister, Jovonna Johnson, and caregiver/second-mother, Kay Cain, and her husband, Gene Cain.

Phillip attended Rainbows United, Inc., and Levy Special Education School, from which he graduated in 2008. Following his graduation, he attended special needs summer camps for the next few years. Phillip's mother became his devoted full-time caregiver.

Following his mother's passing, Phillip was cared for primarily by his grandmother and sister for 1.5 years. For the last 9 years, Phillip enjoyed the best years of his life thanks to his caregiver and second mother and her husband.

Phillip enjoyed playing with balloons, clapping, "bucking," smiling, laughing, and exploring different textures. Though many believed Phillip to be innocent, those closest to him, knew him to be quite the prankster. Phillip made his presence known wherever he went and was instantly loved and adored by everyone crossed paths with him.
