Patricia Ann Arrington, born on March 2, 1958, in San Diego, California, passed away on September 11, 2025. She was a beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. Patricia is survived by her son, Mark Rhodes, her four grandchildren, her brothers Arthur Arrington and Tyrone Bates, her sister Gail Bates, and a host of family and friends who will miss her dearly. She was preceded in death by her parents, Charlie Arrington and Muriel Marie Williams. Patricia's memory will be cherished by all who knew her.
