Minnie Barnes - Cudjo, a beloved mother, sister, and friend, passed away peacefully at her home on the 25th of July 2025. Born on February 8, 1925, in Chatfield, Arkansas, she was a daughter of the late Beulah McAdoo & Joe Barnes, she lived a remarkable century of grace, resilience, and love, leaving an indelible mark on those fortunate enough to know her.

She is survived by her loving daughter, Paula Ann Cudjo, and her sisters Bernice Stripling, Curtis Jean Mosley, Betty Parsons, and Freddie Mae Alridge. Each of them carries a piece of her spirit within them, a testament to her enduring influence and love. Proceeded in death by husband Cleveland Cudjo.

A service to honor the life and legacy of Mrs. Minnie Cudjo will be held on Thursday, August 7, 2025, at 11:00 AM at the New Jerusalem Baptist Church. She will be laid to rest at Wichita Park Cemetery.

Minnie's light will continue to shine in our hearts and her memories will forever be cherished. She lived a life of incredible depth and breadth, and her influence will continue to be felt by those who were blessed to have known her.
