Kay Frances Pink-Thomas, lovingly known as Kay, passed away on April 27, 2024, in her hometown of Wichita, Kansas at the age of 65. She was born on April 23, 1959, to her parents John T. Pink and Florence Walker and Husband Dennis Thomas, who have preceded her in death. Kay is survived by her beloved children Tylene Jackson, Kalesha Bradley, Dennecia Thomas, and Raemella Thomas, as well as her siblings Cardell DaGraftenreed, JoElla Penn, John Pink, and Leigharthur Pink.

She graduated from Wichita West High School and went on to lead a fulfilling life filled with love, laughter, and cherished memories. Kay's kind heart and gentle spirit touched the lives of many in her community. She was known for her generosity, compassion, and unwavering support for those she cared about.

In addition to her family, Kay leaves behind a legacy of kindness and warmth that will be remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing her. She was a devoted mother, a loyal friend, and a pillar of strength for those in need.

A service to celebrate Kay's life will be held on Friday, May 17, 2024, at 2:00 PM at Dellrose United Methodist Church in Wichita, Kansas. This will be a time for family and friends to come together to honor Kay's memory and share stories of the joy she brought into their lives.

Kay's passing leaves a void that cannot be filled, but her spirit will live on in the hearts of those who were touched by her kindness. She will be deeply missed, but her legacy of love and compassion will endure for generations to come.
