Katheryn Elaine House-Sanders, passed away at the age of 75 on February 26, 2024, in her hometown of Wichita, Kansas. She was born on February 20, 1949, to Raymond House and Ruth Lee Carson in the same city. Katheryn was a devoted wife to Earl Eugene Sanders Sr. and a loving mother to her children Earl (Theresa) Sanders Jr., Lichelle R. Alford, Mark (Ashley) Sanders, and Dertric J. Sanders. She was also cherished by her 10 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. Katheryn pursued her education diligently and earned a bachelor's degree, eventually becoming a Comcare Psychiatric Nurse Supervisor, where she made a meaningful impact on the lives of many. Her dedication to her career was reflective of her compassionate and caring nature, traits that set her apart and made her truly special.
Throughout her life, Katheryn touched the lives of those around her with her kindness and generosity. She will be remembered for her warm smile, her unwavering support, and her ability to bring joy to every room she entered. Her accomplishments and contributions to her community and society are countless, and her legacy will continue to inspire others for years to come.
