James Portley born April 11, 1932 in Longview, Texas,
he passed away September 2, 2023.
Mr. Portley was a former Boeing Aircraft transportation employee for
over 40 plus years.
He is survived by his children: Clifton Portley, Lizzie Bishop, Eva Jane Smith, James Arnold Portley,
Valerie Miller-James, Lucille Portley and Sabria Dupree.
Sister- Ona B. Lockridge.
17 Grandchildren and 28 Great Grandchildren.
Preceded in death by his parents Nathan and Eva Jane Portley.
