Ms. Henry Delois Moss - Blanton, a pillar of her community and beloved mother and grandmother, peacefully passed away on January 30, 2026, in Wichita, Kansas, at the age of 87. Born on August 14, 1938, in Longview, Texas, to her late parents, Henry's life was a testament to resilience, love, and the power of community.

Ms. Henry was known for her undying commitment to family and friends. Her life was characterized by a deep and abiding love for her family, an enduring faith, and a strong work ethic.

Ms. Henry was a beacon of light and source of strength to her children, Verna Fortner, Earnest Blanton, Sherry Smith, Yvette Bolder, Derrick Crosby. She was a doting grandmother to her twelve grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren, who will miss her gentle guidance and the endless stories she had to share. She also leaves behind a loving brother, Henry Moss Jr., a devoted sister, Reba Davis, and a host of family and friends who will greatly miss her wisdom and companionship.

The Celebration of Life service for Ms. Henry Delois Moss - Blanton will be held on February 20, 2026, at 10:00 AM, at the Madison Ave church of Christ. We invite all who knew and loved Ms. Henry to join us as we honor and remember a life well-lived.
