Helen K. DeShazer, 80 of Little Elm, Texas passed away 10/14/2025.  Born on 11/10/1944 in Greensville, Mississippi to Harden King and Jessie Sewell who proceeded her in death.

Helen is survived by her children Rev. Roosevelt (Fern) DeShazer Sr., Gwendolyn (William) Lee, and Toma (Michelle) King Sr.  Siblings Harden (Delores) King, Dennis (Margaret) King, Leatha King, Lloyd (Dolly) King, Carolyn (Charles) Spencer, Kathy (Rodney) Chadwick, Kenny (Terry) King, Debra (Camero) Freeman, and Canolia (Curtis) Carey and 3 siblings who proceeded her.  Helen also leaves several beautiful grandchildren, great-grandchildren and a host of extended family.

Helen will be remembered as a beautiful soul, who's relentless spirit shaped those around.  Full of laughter and joy her legacy will infinitely live on.

She will be extremely missed.
