Gwendallyn Ausbie, a beacon of loving kindness and unyielding strength, departed this earthly life at the age of 69 on February 4, 2026, in Wichita, Kansas. Born on September 20,1956, in Jonesboro, Louisiana, to her beloved parents, her life journey was one of dedication, joy, and profound love for her family and friends.

Her spirit continues to live on in her adoring children, Shameka, LaMelya, & Marius. Host of brothers and sisters.

Gwendallyn's life will be celebrated on Saturday, February 14, 2026, at 1:30 PM at Mizpah Baptist Church, with burial to follow at Maple Grove Cemetery. We invite all who knew and loved her to join us in honoring her beautiful life and legacy.
