Grover C. Shelby, peacefully passed away in Wichita, Kansas on December 2, 2024, at the age of 89. He was born on November 8, 1935, in Vernon, Texas, to be later reunited with his wife Zeffie in the realms beyond. Grover is survived by his four children, Tyrone, Zerll, Torran, and Charles Shelby, who will forever cherish his memory and legacy. As a dedicated postal worker for the United States Postal Service.
