Obituary

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Graham Cain, a beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend. Graham, aged 88, left this world on April 3, 2025, in Wichita, Kansas, surrounded by his loving family. Born on April 23, 1936, in Coffeyville, Kansas, Graham was the son of Mr. & Mrs. Grant W. & Willa Mae Cain. He is now reunited with his parents in the eternal embrace of heaven. Graham is survived by his devoted wife, Carolyn Cain, their children Kellie McKoy, Grant Cain, Michael Cain, Leslie Nolen-Garner, Dionne Ferrell, 11 cherished grandchildren, and 10 adored great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his loving brothers Raymond and Robert Cain.

Graham served his country with honor as a United States Air Force veteran and later dedicated his talents to educating and inspiring the young minds of Wichita U.S.D 259 students as a teacher. His commitment to his community and society at large left an indelible mark on all who had the privilege of knowing him.

The family will hold a service to honor Graham's life with a burial at the Winfield Veteran Cemetery in Winfield, Kansas.
