Gasasira Mugabo Laurent, peacefully passed away on January 9, 2025, in Wichita, Kansas, at the age of 59. He was born on December 1, 1962, in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Central Africa, to his loving parents Gasasira Silvestre and Nyiramugwera Adele, who have preceded him in death.

Laurent leaves behind a legacy of love and kindness. He is survived by his children Musanabela Alice, Nkurunziza Janvier, Umulisa Jeanine, and Uwurunkundo Uwineza, as well as three cherished grandchildren. His sister Mukashema Eugenia, along with a host of family and friends, mourn his passing.

A service to remember and honor Gasasira Mugabo Laurent's life will be held on Thursday, January 16, 2025, at 12:00 PM at Three Angels Seventh Day Adventist Church located at 4558 N. Hydraulic. His presence will forever be felt in the hearts of those who loved him.

As we bid farewell to Gasasira, we are reminded of the special bond and memories he shared with each one of us. Our hearts are heavy with grief, but our spirits are lifted by the love and light he brought into our lives. Laurent, we will truly miss you, and your legacy of love and kindness will continue to inspire us all. May you rest in peace.
