Frederick Douglas Billingsley was born January 1 ^st 1942 to Jack and Sadie Billingsley in Tullahassee Oklahoma.  He was introduced to and accepted Christ at an early age.  He later went on to graduate from Tullahassee High School in 1960.  Frederick went on to Okmulgee Tech studied refrigeration and air conditioning.  He graduated then went to the United States Army and served active duty and reserve.  While serving in the U.S. Army he graduated from the National Technical School of Los Angeles. While serving his country in the U.S. Army- he met and married Marilyn E. Graham who were both members of Grant Chapel A.M.E. Church located in Wichita, Ks.  To this union two sons were born, David M. Billingsley and Gregory D. Billingsley.  Frederick would then go on to work for Beechcraft in the Air Conditioning and Refrigeration department.  In 1972 he received his Mechanical Masters for Heating and Air Conditioning and started Billingsley Heating and Air Conditioning which he successfully ran for more than four decades.  He did retire, but really didn't. Frederick loved his calling, in the Heating and Air-conditioning industry.  He continued to work diligently for the elderly, friends, family and those in need.  He continued serving the Wichita community until his passing.  Frederick is preceded in death by his parents Jack and Sadie Billingsley, wife Marilyn E. Billingsley and son David M. Billingsley, sisters Mary Billingsley, Ellestine Billingsley, Ewanda Billingsley-Grubbs, Estella Billingsley and brothers William Billingsley, Leon Billingsley and Thomas Earl Billingsley.  He leaves to cherish his memory son Gregory (Prudence) Billingsley, granddaughters Marquise and Star Billingsley of Wichita Kansas, sister Eliza Hodge and brother James Billingsley of Seattle Washington and a host of relatives and friends.
