Mrs. Evelyn Hoy was born March 9,1932 in Perry, Oklahoma.  Evelyn passed January 31, 2022, Evelyn was a loving homemaker and mother. She is survived by her children, Cedell (Sheila) Owens, Charles Cobb, Diane Owens, Nathan Atkinson, Moses Hoy, and Special Daughter Cordia (James) Washington, along with a host of " bonus" children that she had a hand in raising, 23 Grandchildren 48 Great Grandchildren and 5 Great Great Grandchildren. Sister; Maymie Atkinson, and Brother; Ted Atkinson, numerous other family members and friends.  She will be genuinely missed.
