Edward Zelmore Jones, peacefully passed away on August 11, 2024, in Wichita, Kansas, at the age of 96. He was born on February 4, 1928, in St. Charles, Missouri, to Julius Jones and Maggie Beulah Isaac-Jones. Edward will always be remembered with love and cherished memories by his surviving children Eddie, Janet, Marcee, Henry, and Cherry Jones, his 12 grandchildren, and 7 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his beloved parents, Julius and Maggie.

A United States Military veteran, Edward served his country with pride and honor. He later pursued a career as an Associate Truck Company Driver, where his dedication and hard work left a lasting impact.

Family and friends are invited to celebrate Edward's life at a service on Tuesday, August 27, 2024, at 11:00 AM at St. Mark U.M.C, followed by burial at Lakeview Cemetery.
