It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Mr. Edward Chavis on Friday, August 28, 2026.  Chavis was born May 16, 1939 in Opelousas, Louisiana. Edward is survived by his loving wife Bobbie, son Kevin Troy Bell. Seven Sisters: Barbara, Mary, Theresa, Gwendolyn, Katie, Monica, Joyce and foster sister Mary Francis Richards.  1 Grandchild Brianna Grace Chavis.  A host of nieces, nephews and friends.
