It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Edna Mae Taylor-Brown, aged 86, on February 4, 1925, in Wichita, Kansas. Edna was born on May 5, 1938, in Okmulgee, Oklahoma, to the late Benny Taylor and Viola Winston. Edna is survived by her beloved sister Mary Carter and her niece Alice Washington. She was a cherished family member and friend whose presence will be greatly missed.

After a successful career at Boeing Aircraft, Edna retired and focused on her passions and interests.

A funeral service to honor Edna's life will be held on Friday, February 21, 2025, at 11:00 AM at Greater St. Mary's Baptist Church, followed by her burial at White Chapel Cemetery.
