Earlene Daisy Crawford "Big Momma"
Jan 4th, 1937-February 17th, 2024
We were blessed to share many so many wonderful years with our Dear Momma. Now she's gone to be with the lord. Shes She was born in Chekotah Oklahoma and Relocated to Wichita in 1960. Where she raised all her children, became a foster mother to over 60 teenage girls over 20 years and was a long-time member and Missionary at St. John's Missionary Baptist church. She loved to go to church, cook, go shopping, watch Marshall Matt Dillon and spend time with her family.  She was called home to be home with the Lord on February 17 surrounded by her loving family and friends. She was preceded in death by her mother and father, Hardy Colbert and Louisa Edwards, brothers Dave, Bobbie Lee, and Earnest Edwards sister Wilma Edward's. Son Basil Dean Carney, and Grandson, Carl Gene Terrell III She leaves to cherish her in her loving memory so Darnell Diggs, Joyce Carr, Juanita Taylor (Tyrone Waller), Charvonda O'Donnald, Dwanda Menefee(Dennis Menefee) Regina Espinoza (Steve Espinoza) and a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. Memorial Services will be held Friday March 1st at 1pm at New Jerusalem Baptist church 1625 N Madison Ave, Wichita Ks 67214 Entrusted into Jackson Mortuary
