Dellisha L. Johnson, passed away peacefully at the age of 54 on June 8, 2024, at her home. She was born on September 1, 1969, to her loving parents, Comer Middleton and Anna Lee Mitchell, who have now gone before her.

Dellisha is survived by her siblings Sylvia Akins, Glenn Johnson, and Shannan Johnson, who will continue to cherish her memory and carry on her legacy. Coming from a close-knit family, Dell shared deep bonds with her siblings, creating lasting memories that will forever be treasured.

Throughout her life, Dell found joy in simple pleasures and had a passion for education and learning. She pursued her studies diligently and carved out a successful career path that brought her fulfillment and pride. Her dedication to her work and continuous pursuit of knowledge served as an inspiration to those around her.

In her free time, Dellisha enjoyed indulging in various hobbies and interests that brought her happiness and relaxation. Whether it was spending time with her family, gardening in her backyard, or exploring new places, she always found ways to make the most of every moment.

Dellisha's warm and compassionate nature endeared her to everyone she met. Her kindness, empathy, and genuine concern for others made her a pillar of support within her community. A memorial service to honor and celebrate Dellisha's life will be held on Saturday, June 22, 2024, at the New Hope Baptist Church. Family, friends, and all those whose lives she touched are invited to pay their respects and remember the wonderful person Dellisha was.
