Debra Kay Hare-Keeling, peacefully passed away on October 28, 2024, at the age of 66. She was born on August 21, 1958, in Wichita, Kansas. Debra was preceded in death by her parents Leontiare Sr. and Ella Jean Houston, who surely welcomed her with open arms in heaven. She is survived by her loving brother, Leon Hare Jr., who will cherish her memory forever.

A memorial service to honor and celebrate Debra Kay's life will be held at a later date, giving family and friends the opportunity to come together and pay their respects to a remarkable woman who touched the hearts of many.
