It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Clarence Wright, affectionately known to many as simply "Clarence". Clarence, aged 86, passed away on July 18, 2024, in Wichita, Kansas, surrounded by his loving family. Clarence was born on August 7, 1937, in Vernon, Oklahoma, to his parents Quincy Wright and Reecie Jones. He was a devoted husband to his beloved wife, Tunga Wright, and a loving father to his children Veronica, Clarence Jr., Deborah, Dianna Green Vicki Wright, Kim Allen, Lisa Wright, Lorri Walker, and Phillip Wright. Clarence also leaves behind a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren who will forever cherish his memory.

In his earlier years, Clarence pursued his education and later went on to have a successful career, ultimately retiring from Dillons. He was known for his dedication to his work and his unwavering commitment to providing for his family.

A service to honor and celebrate the life of Clarence Wright will be held in remembrance of the love and joy he brought to all those around him. His legacy of love, kindness, and generosity will continue to live on in the hearts of his family and friends.
