Clarence Manley, born on May 2, 1962, in Littleton, North Carolina, he passed away on October 13, 2024, in Wichita, Kansas.  Clarence is survived by his brothers and sisters: Irma Manley-Shoulars, Elsie Delores Manley, Maceo (Helen) Manley, Phyllis Manley-Foster, Bernard Roosevelt Manley and Heward (Beverly) Manley.   He will be remembered fondly by all who knew him.
