Celia Mae Matthews departed this life on 5 July 2022. She is a beloved mother, and grandmother. She is the daughter of the late Andrew Hall and Arserna (Emma) Gorden.  She was born in Washington County, Mississippi and is the oldest of four children.  Celia confessed salvation at an early age. She is twice a widow and is the mother of 9 children and 160 Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren.  She was a very benevolent soul who showed charity to anyone in need. She loved children and often took care of children in the neighborhood when their parents could not afford to pay. She was affectionately called "everybody's Grandma."
