Obituary of Briana Nicole (Bobo) Foster

July 9, 1982 – June 29, 2026

Briana Nicole Foster, age 43, of Wichita, Kansas, entered eternal rest on June 29, 2026. She was born on July 9, 1982, in Wichita, Kansas. She was blessed with her first son, Isaac Lavon Alexander, on January 17, 2015, and her second son, Landon Zayne Amadeus, on July 29, 2021. On February 24, 2024, she married the love of her life, Darek Foster, beginning new chapters of life with love and family.

Briana was a lifelong resident of Wichita and a proud graduate of Wichita Public Schools. She graduated from Wichita East High School in 2000 and continued her education at Wichita State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree, graduating Cum Laude, and later obtained her master's degree in criminal justice. Briana was known for her strength, kindness, intelligence, and deep love for her family and friends. She had a compassionate heart and touched the lives of many through her generosity, encouragement, and unwavering dedication to those she loved.

Briana leaves to cherish her precious memory her mother, Wilma Bobo; her devoted husband, Darek Foster; her beloved sons, Isaac Lavon Alexander and Landon Zayne Amadeus; her brother Brian and his wife Jeris; her nieces and nephews, Brian Jr., Dakota, and Brystle; her uncles, Curtis Bruce, Cornelius Bruce, James Bruce, and William Bruce; her aunts, Ola Gholston, Terri Bruce, Kim Bruce, and Lisa Matts; and a host of cousins, extended family members, and dear friends who will forever hold her memory in their hearts.

Though Briana's earthly journey has ended, her love, kindness, and legacy will continue to live on in the lives of all who knew and loved her. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
