Brian R. Neal, known to his loved ones as a dedicated husband, loving father, and cherished friend, passed away on August 28, 2024, in Wichita, Kansas at the age of 66. He was born on September 27, 1957, in Harrisonville, MO to the late Vernon Ray Neal and Bessie Mae Goff.

Brian is survived by his beloved wife, Kelli J. Neal, his children Katina J. Sutter, Tieryle L. Sutter, Travis J. Neal, Amie F. Neal, Nicole K. Neal, his four grandchildren, and his sisters Vickie Wood and Vanessa Winkler. He is now reunited with his parents and his brother Brad Neal in eternal peace.

Brian had a successful career as a Kansas Paving Estimator, using his skills and expertise to contribute to his community. His dedication and hard work will be remembered by those whose lives he touched.

A service to celebrate Brian's life will be held on a later date, where friends and family will gather to honor his memory and share stories of his remarkable life.

Brian leaves behind a legacy of love, kindness, and compassion that will continue to inspire all who knew him. May he rest in peace, knowing he was loved and will be forever remembered.
