Billy David Williams, born October 29, 1947 in Marion, North Carolina, passed away July 3, 2022.

Veteran of the United State Air Force and a Retired Mail Carrier.  Billy was a huge KU and WSU Fan in support of his basketball playing sons.  He was very passionate about WSU and always had a smile for those attending events - He never met a stranger.

Survived by wife of 50 years Lavonta Williams, and to that union their 2 sons,

B.J. (Billy Junior) and Darrin.

He is preceded in death by his mother Edith Hill and father Garland Young, he leaves 7 brothers and sisters in Johnson City, Tennessee and leaves his second mom, Lorraine Scott and 4 brothers and sisters in Baltimore, Maryland.

He leaves grandchildren, great grandchildren, a host of nieces and nephews and brothers and sisters in love.

In honor of his celebration KU and WSU attire welcomed.
