Passed away August 18, 2023

Retiree of the City of Wichita Water Department.

Mrs. Portley is survived by her husband Clifton R. Portley,

Children: Yolanda White, Novella Ann Washington, Roderick Whyte,

Karla Portley and Nicholas Scheer.

Brothers and Sisters: Joyce Johnson, Alice Love, Roosvelt Hunt, Rev. Moses Hunt and Annette Butler.

11 Grandchildren, 15 Great Grandchildren and 1 Great Great-Grandchild.

Preceded in death by her parents Rev. Bill and Edna Hunt.
