Barbara Louise Moon Was born April 28, 1935, in Colorado Springs Co. Her Mother Lenora and
Father Clarence Montgomery raised Barbara with her 3 Sisters Raedell Tate, Rosetta Marshall
(Deceased) and Larue Marshall. and 1 brother, Phillip Montgomery in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

On July 4, 1962, Barbara was joined in a holy union of marriage to Vamell Moon, Together they
raised 4 sons, Eugene, Curtis, Varnell A. & Rodney Moon (Deceased),

As a mother of 4 boys, she was involved in every aspect of their childhood from Cub Scouts to
Athletics. She loved to go dancing, travelling, and camping,

Barbara passed from this life on October 23,2022, at silver Tree Rehabilitation center with her
granddaughter by her side.

Barbara is survived by many who will cherish her memory: Eugene (Geraldine) Moon of San
Antonio, TX, Curtis (Joy) Moon, Wichita, KS, Varnell (Kathy) Moon of Columbia, SC, and
Daughter in law Marie Moon Wichita, KS; 16 Grandchildren & 28 Great-Grandchildren and her
dog KeKe Moon.
