Annette Shine, passed away peacefully on April 19, 2025, in Wichita, Kansas at the age of 68. She was born on July 6, 1956, in the small town of Oktaha, Oklahoma, to her loving parents, Jody Shine and Barbara Baker, who have preceded her in death.

Annette is survived by her two devoted daughters, Tenecia Agnew and Kindra Brooks-Cobbins, who meant the world to her. Annette was a dedicated mother, always putting her daughters first and ensuring they had the love and support they needed to thrive.

To Annette, you were a beacon of light, bringing warmth and joy to all those around you. Your presence will be deeply missed, but your legacy of love and kindness will live on forever in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to have known you. Rest in peace, dear Annette, and may your spirit continue to shine brightly in the heavens above.
